Returns and cancellation

The short version

• You can cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
• You have 14 days from the day the node arrives to cancel for any reason.
• If it is faulty, you have 30 days to reject it for a full refund, and we pay return postage.
• Email contact@clearzone.tech with your order number.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel without giving a reason. Tell us in writing (email is fine) before the 14 days end. You can use the form below but you do not have to.

Send the node back within 14 days of telling us. Put it back in its box with the cable. You pay for return postage; we recommend a tracked service. We refund the price and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting it back, to the payment method you used.

You can open the box and check the node the way you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or not as described

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After that, for up to six months, you can ask for a repair or replacement first. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

Email contact@clearzone.tech with your order number, what is wrong, and a photo if it helps. We will confirm the return address and issue a returns reference. We pay return postage for faulty goods.

Pre-orders

Checkout is not open yet, so there are no pre-orders to cancel and no payment has been taken. When orders open, you can cancel at any time before dispatch and we will refund you in full, including any delivery charge, within 14 days.

Where to send returns

Email us first and we will confirm the return address and issue a returns reference. Do not send anything without one; it slows your refund down.
